For Appointments

– Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

For Products

Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
– Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but returns may be accepted if the product is defective or damaged.
– Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
– Customized health programs, consultations, and therapy sessions once availed are non-refundable.
